Meeting Agenda

There’s no doubt that our AGM ticks all of the boxes  -  but there’s more!

The doors will be open by 09.45, when we’ll start serving hot drinks and delicious cakes and buns.

We’ll have our customary “swap” table in place, so please bring along any unwanted books,

(complete) jigsaw puzzles, or CD’s and DVD’s which others might enjoy.

You can browse those (and take away any items which other people have brought) and

catch up on the gossip with your Pensioner colleagues before the AGM itself begins at 11.00.

To keep things on the straight and narrow the Meeting has a formal Agenda (see below)

which will be approached in a relaxed atmosphere, and you can feel free to throw compliments,

complaints, or challenges (but not buns) at our Committee Members and event organisers.

If you’re stuck for transport, we’ll do our best to get you a lift  -  and if you’re a “first timer”,

we’ll make sure to introduce you to a few of your fellow Club Members on the day.

We don’t want to run out of cakes, so please let us know by Tuesday 11 March

whether or not you intend to be there, by leaving a message on 01525 876477,
